The hotel facilities were great with a variety of good restaurants. The breakfast selection was plentiful and the staff, especially Shezy, Sushma, and Aman at the front desk, were lovely to speak with. The location was excellent, with eateries and shopping places right outside the hotel and good public transport connectivity.
Almost perfect, but the room had a creaky floor and the AC was not working properly.
The poolside view wasn't great either.

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at the hotel. The staff members were very friendly and helpful, especially the travel desk and the driver Pankaj. The breakfast was excellent and there was a good variety of choices. The hotel also went above and beyond in terms of customer service when they found and sent our forgotten items to Germany.
