We had a truly wonderful and unforgettable experience at this hotel. The airport reception and transfer was seamless, with courteous chauffeurs provided by the Concierge service. The hotel is extremely well managed, with evidence that the staff are trained to a very high standard. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the housekeeping service was the best we have experienced. The hotel facilities, including the rooftop infinity pool and the Qube, were impressive and architecturally stunning. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The breakfast was delicious with a wide choice of options. The location of the hotel was convenient for most of the city's attractions and markets.
