I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a salon and spa where I indulged in a relaxing massage. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, providing excellent service and hospitality. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation options. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the softest bed sheets and the super comfortable bed and pillows. The soothing rose petal bath was a luxurious touch that added to the overall experience. The food at the Orient Express restaurant was outstanding, and the hard-boiled eggs were cooked to perfection.
Everything met my expectations and there were no negatives during my stay.

From Nimisha's warm welcome to Chef Paramjeet Singh Oberoi's delicious cooking, the staff at the hotel made us feel like VIPs. Mr. Rajat at Capital Kitchen took care of us with his exceptional service. The breakfast options were great, with friendly and courteous restaurant staff. The location was exclusive, and the hotel had a modern and posh feel.

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The staff at the reception on the 7th floor went out of their way to bring back a smile on my son's face when he accidentally dropped his toy down the elevator shaft. The pick up and drop off from the airport was perfect in very comfortable cars. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the swimming pool, the morning breakfast, and the interior. The staff was very helpful and had smiles on their faces. The location was in the center of the city, which was convenient for exploring this city. The pool view room provided a nice ambiance, especially during the brutal summer heat. The wifi accessibility was great, allowing us to easily stay connected during our stay.
