We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation, and the helpfulness of the staff. The hotel was spotless and well-maintained, providing us with a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The facilities, including the business center and in-hotel restaurants, were perfect for our needs during our short stay. The buffet breakfast offered a delicious variety of both Western and Indian options, satisfying our morning cravings. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff provided exceptional care and attention, especially during a severe illness. We want to express our gratitude to the Guest Relations manager, Ms Priyanka Tyagi, and the hotel's Consultant Doctor, Dr Vikram Jaggi. The housekeeping and in-room dining staff were also brilliant. We were pleasantly surprised by the warm and personal service we received, proving preconceived notions about large chain hotels to be false. The location of the hotel was great for easy airport travel, with convenient transportation options including hotel cars and taxis.
